individual farmer or associated land owned cooperatives, partnerships and capital carrying on agricultural activities that are making a "green harvest", that "the destruction or removal of clusters have not yet reached maturity, reducing to 0 the yield of whole unit parcel " (ie continuous surface under vine hanging on a single parcel, homogeneous type of ownership, the sixth of planting, irrigation, production destination, type of crop, although admitted the presence of grape vines in complementary measure less than 15% planted, type of farming), provided that the area under vines:

States shall define:

Mi.PAF for "green harvest" allocated € 46,377,552 per year 2010, of which € 1,613,638.88 for the Marche Region. For subsequent years (until year 2012/13) Mi.PAF fixed annual resources allocated for this measure are allocated before October 15 between the regions
